Concerns

The Concerns tab shows the history of all Concerns for the selected account. 

• Click on the radio buttons to Show Last Ten (default), Open, Closed or All Concerns.  
• Click on the New Concern button or the View Concern button to proceed to the Concern View. 
• Delete Concern will remove the Concern record and all of its supporting records.
