Required to Close Concern

Enabled
When this setting is enabled, it will require all Actions Must Be Closed.  Using this approach, a Concern owner will be required to have all related steps completed prior to final closure of the Concern record.

Disabled
When this setting is disabled, a Concern may be closed while Actions remain open.  Using this approach, the objective is often to deliver and document a prompt resolution and closure to the customer while individual tasks may remain open.  Open Actions will have separate Action due dates and they always remain associated with the closed Concern they were generated from.
