Configure Mail

Configure Mail are the one-time settings for email functionality.

Email messages are sent from Everest by connecting the system to a valid SMTP accessible from the server where the Everest Web application software is installed. This is a one-time setting, established when Everest is installed for the first time.

Type Host:

IIS SMTP Forwarding (requires SMTP to be enabled in IIS)
SMTP Host (name or IP address of a dedicated SMTP server)

SMTP Host Name: (name or IP address of SMTP server, i.e. mail.mailserver.com)
Test Email Address: (enter a valid email address to send and confirm delivery of a test message)

Click the Send Test Mail button and a test message will be emailed to the test email address. Click the Save Email Configuration button to save the settings.
