View Menu Button Titles

Each of these buttons can be re-named (excl. Web Concerns).  The buttons can be enabled/disabled differently for end users based on User Group access privileges in Setup | User information | User Groups

Account Notebook
Account information is organized into notebook tabs which can be re-named.  Within the Account View, the available tabs can be enabled/disabled differently for end users based on user group access privileges in Setup | User information | User Groups.  The Account View provides the primary access to all supporting information with 7 notebook tabs available.  Tabs are identified with default terminology.  Concerns and Contacts are required tabs, all other tabs are optional.

Concern Notebook
The Concern Notebook is divided into 8 Notebook Tabs which can be re-named.  The Concern Notebook is used to record and organize all the details for every Concern that will be entered into the system.  Within the Concern Notebook, the available tabs can be enabled/disabled differently for end users are based on user group access privileges in Setup | User information | User Groups.  The Concern tab is a required, all other tabs are optional.
