Corrective Actions

Corrective Action
The Everest Corrective Action Form can be customized. Sections are large text area fields that can be re-named or omitted. These changes will also be reflected in the Action Report. Type new text into the default section name text field to design the form with custom terminology.

Short Term Corrective Action
Permanent Corrective Action
Preventive Action

Settings

Use the Required to Close checkbox and that field cannot be left blank.
Use the Omit check boxes to eliminate a particular section.

For example, section names may be modified without using the word "corrective" so that the same Everest Corrective Action Form is used for both Corrective and Preventive Actions according to ISO guidelines.

Corrective Action Report optional settings only appear at the bottom of the form when it is printed:

Form Number = Displays a document control number and/or revision date in the footer at the bottom form

Approval Section Title = Display name for the signature section of the form, i.e. “Approved By"

Number of Approval Signatures = Add one or several lines at the bottom for signatures
