Contacts
Contact name, phone number, email address and other details are added and edited from the Contacts Tab. New Contacts can also be added to an Account on-the-fly from within a Concern as needed. An email address is required for the Send Notice feature in Actions.
Contacts can be made Inactive and the list of Contacts may be switched to show Active vs. Inactive. Rather than Delete old Contacts, the Inactive setting is required to preserve the Contact name when it is associated with any Concerns and Sales Activities for consistency in Reports and Charts.
