Categories

Categories are an optional way to organize Accounts into groups separate from the Account Type which is required.  Multiple Categories may be associated with an Account to provide further sort criteria in Reports, Charts and Queries.

New Category

  1. Click the New Category button to add a Category
  2. Double-click on a Category to select one in the pop-up window

Delete Category

  1. Click to highlight a Category
  2. Click the Delete button to remove the selected Category

Account Reference Fields
The Categories Tab may have up to 10 user defined fields which are enabled in Configuration | User Defined Fields.
