Equipment

The Equipment Tab provides an inventory of equipment related to each Account.

When the Equipment Tab is being used, the option to sort by Equipment Id will also be available as part of the Account List View.  The Repairs Tab in the Concerns Notebook may be configured to include a selection list to select and save one Equipment record in the Concern.  The Equipment list shows the specific Equipment for the Account that is associated with the Concern.  Click on the Global Search checkbox option to search an Equipment list for all Accounts.   

The Equipment Tab can be applied to track items other than equipment.  For example, it could be re-named to Software or Vehicles.  The Equipment Id might become License Number, and Model Number could be re-named to Version or VIN.  Likewise, the Repairs Tab could be re-named to Support or Service.  The 10 User Defined Fields for Equipment and the 12 User Defined Fields for Repairs can be defined for the desired information.
