Actions by Owner

Open Action Requests can be viewed and edited by clicking on the Actions By Owner button located on the View menu.  Actions owned by the logged in user will appear by default. 

OPTIONS:

A) Use the Select By box to display the list of Actions by:

A User Group access privilege may limit this view for certain users.  Assigned Actions Only will disable all the options in the Select By box, only displaying those Actions assigned to the current user.

*Supplier and Distributor will only be present when enabled on the Reference Tab, Configuration | Data Names.  When a Supplier or Distributor is associated with a Concern on the Reference tab, Actions can be assigned to the selected Contact and tracked in Actions By Owner.

B) Use the Select Actions box to display the list of Actions by:

Highlight the desired Action Request, then click the View Action button.  A user may access the Concern record associated with the highlighted Action by clicking the View Concern button.

 

C) Lookup by a specific Action Id:

  1. Enter a specific Action Id number in the Action Id text box
  2. Click the View Action button
