Search Concerns

Enter search criteria
Click on the Perform Search button to retrieve a list of matching Concerns
Click on View Concern or double-click on the highlighted selection to view a specific Concern

OPTIONS (use any combination of search criteria):

Product Id
Product Group
Concern Type
Category
Account
Date Range = (default is All dates unless a From: date is entered)
Status = All Concerns, Open Concerns, Closed Concerns (default is All)
Product Defect Classifications
Find Keywords = (from Summary and/or Detail Description)
Keywords will match words against text entered in the Summary Description and/or Detail Description contained within a Concern. Enter keywords using "and", or "or" between each set of keywords. For example, "computer and monitor" will retrieve each occurrence containing both words while "computer or monitor" will retrieve each occurrence containing either word.
