Actions Tab

The Actions Tab displays the list of Actions that have been issued by the Concern Owner for a Concern.  Double-click on an Action in the list to view it or click to select an Action and click the View button.  To generate a new Action, click the New Action button and click to select an Action Type in the pop-up window.  Standard Actions may be generated automatically based on the Concern Category originally selected on the Concern Tab.

Actions are used to document the steps necessary to achieve a Concern resolution. Examples include:
