Reference Tab

One or two other Accounts (default: Supplier, Distributor) can be associated with a Concern on the Reference Tab.  Assign the Account Contact as an Action Owner from the Actions Tab. Send a letter or email message to the Account Contact.  Standard reports and charts include those Accounts listed on the Reference Tab for both customer and internal issues.

Up to 12 User Defined Fields are available.
