Product Tab

The Product Tab provides a searchable product file.  The Product file can be maintained manually in Setup | Product Information.  Products in Everest can also be created from the Product Import or with the AIP (Automated Import Program).  Product Defect Classifications can be defined in one, two or three levels and an additional classification of Product Defects is optional to include Defect Findings.  Drill-down charts will show a detailed relationship of defects to customers, products or product groups. 

The Product Tab and Product Information may be repurposed as a list of Locations or Departments for non-manufacturing configurations.

The Product Tab may be configured to track One Product for each Concern (default) or choose Multiple Products for each Concern (checkbox) in Configuration | Other Options | Products.

Copy button is included on the Product Tab when the setting for Multiple Products for each Concern is enabled in Configuration | Other Options | Products. When the Copy button is clicked, the currently selected Product that is highlighted is immediately copied without any lookup necessary. A new, unique entry into the Lot Number field is required to save the same Product more than once in the same Concern.

Up to 12 User Defined Fields are available.
