Optional Notifications
Select the checkbox to enable/disable the desired Optional Notifications, then select the appropriate Notification from the drop down list. Notifications that may be used will include any previously saved notices from the Notification Titles Tab.
- Notify New Concern Owner - A New Owner Notice can be integrated into a Concern to send an email message to a newly assigned Concern Owner. On the Concern Tab beneath the Concern Owner name, there will be a Notify Owner button. The initial Concern Owner defaults to the logged in User who creates the new Concern. If a User clicks the OK button to save a new Concern when the Concern Owner has been changed, the system will automatically generate a pop-up message, "Notify New Owner Now?" to send the new Owner Notification.
- Have Authorization Notice - A Return Authorization notice will be the default RMA notice used on the Returns Tab. The selected Return Authorization notice becomes the default notice when generating an RMA. When multiple RMA notices are required, one must be selected to serve as a default. Other RMA Notifications with a checkbox for Returns on the Notification Titles Tab will be available to select from a drop-down list on the Returns Tab as alternatives to the default RMA notice.
- Have Close Notice - A Close Notice invokes a Close Notice button next to the Close radio button on the Concern Tab. The Close Notice button is enabled only at the point immediately after the User selects the Close radio button option on the Concern Tab, allowing the user to generate a Close Notice which might be a final customer letter, survey invitation or thank you message. When multiple Close notices are required, other Notifications with a checkbox for Closure on the Notification Titles Tab will be available to select as alternatives to the default Close notice.
