Scheduled Reminders
Scheduled Notifications are automatically generated email messages controlled by the Everest Event Manager. The first group is for Concerns, the second is for Action Requests and the third is for Action Verifications. Each group contains the following:
Specify the number of advance days to send Reminder Notices and select the Notification Template. Specify the number of Days Past a due date, the Frequency to re-send and the Notification Templates for Past Due Notices and Escalation Notices. For the Escalation Notice to work, each User profile requires another User's name specified for the Escalate To: field in Setup | User Information | Users.
Scheduled Notifications may be set to a repeating frequency according to the following numeric values:
0 = generates the message, but does not repeat (default setting, recommended)
1 = generates the message every day
2 = generates the message every other day
3 = generates the message every third day
etc…
