Notification Templates

Email messages and letter templates are generated from Notification Templates.  Database fields are inserted into templates automatically with Keywords.

Purposes for Notifications include:

• Notify a new Concern Owner upon assignment
• Send acknowledgement to a customer
• Notify an Action Owner when a new Action is assigned
• Action completion 
• Generate a Return Authorization
• Automatic Reminders via the Event Manager
• Sales Activities
• Close Notice when a Concern is closed
