New Features:
Live Lookup: Source data integration can now be configured to perform a single record lookup from the source data, i.e. Oracle.

Attachments: View Attachment button prompts user with the choice to View or Save so it does not rely on MIME types any more.

Bug Fixes:
Attachments: Seamless access to Attachments when a single instance of Everest has them stored in a combination of two formats; the old Folder format and the new Database format.

Account List: Double-click to select fixed.

Action Types | Corrective Actions: Scrollbars arrows not visible.

Other:
Update DbxWebServer to Everest 7 version to avoid conflict on Everest Hosted server. No impact on Everest 6.

1. Hosted Server email forwarding to donotreply@everesthostedmail.com, for manual sending. Only runs if isHosted set 1.


Bug fixes:
1. Oracle Live Lookup: AcctId being lost when querying Oracle.

2. WebConcernUpd was using Customer Contact as Originator. Now uses WebConcerns.OrigFirstName, OrigLastName if available. If not the logged in User who inducts the Web Concern is set as Originator.

Purge History permanently deletes a group of Concerns all-at-once in Setup | Purge History

Purge is a setup menu choice available for System Managers use only. It requires a cutoff date and Concern Type;
it won't allow purging data that is within a date range of 5 years or newer.

Enhancements

A new Live Lookup source data connection via ODBC is available for Credit Unions and other clients who use the Eloquence software system as the system of record for member account and contact information.


Web Concerns submitted via Web Portals can now have Default Owner routing based on Location.

Bug Fixes
Fixed an error involving Attachments that primarily involved Notification Templates resulting in the wrong attachment to be opened.  The problem was due to how Internet Explorer caches HTML files locally.

A Web Concern Induction error has been corrected where addresses were not handled properly.

Enhancements
Automatic Email Alert feature added to existing Cause field.  The Cause field can send an Alert email automatically to a specified User based on the selected Cause.  The Cause field is a drop down list that functions without an email alert by default.  Two settings enable the alert to function:
View | Account Calls added the Concern Owner selection list and the New Owner Notice button.

Concern Reason can now be relabeled in Configuration | Data Names.

When Access by Location is enabled:
  • Concern Owner and Action Owner selection lists now include the names of Users with Access All Locations available for Users who do not have access to all Locations.
  • Notifications email send to options now include the names of Users with Access All Locations available for Users who do not have access to all Locations.
Help button added to the secondary select Product window when Multiple Products for each Concern is enabled in Configuration | Other Options.

Administration | Classifications now has a checkbox option to update all Concern history if the Type, Category or Reason are changed (optional).

Concern Product Quantities Number of Decimals can be specified in Configuration | Other Options.


Bug Fixes
OpenActionList: Changed Inner Join to Left Join.

Holidays: Allow a previously saved holiday to be cleared.

UserDefinesEdit: Limit number of characters to 4000 when typing.

Enhancements
Defect Findings is an additional field associated with Defect Classifications.  The field is enabled in Configuration | Data Names where the data name can also be relabeled. The selection list values for the Findings field are defined in Administration | Product Information | Defect Findings.  When enabled, a value from the selection list can be added to a Defect Classification for a Product by clicking the Defect Findings button or double-clicking on a Defect Classification in the list.  A Defect Finding is deleted by double-clicking on the previously selected Defect Finding as displayed in the list format, and then click the Clear button.


A Copy button is now included on the Product Tab in the Concern View when the setting for Multiple Products for each Concern is enabled in Configuration | Other Options | Products.  When the Copy button is clicked, the currently selected Product that is highlighted is immediately copied without any lookup necessary.  A new, unique entry into the Lot Number field is required to save the same Product more than once in the same Concern.

Chart button with chart options added to Reports | Queries.

A Resolution Tab is now optional for the Concern View.  When enabled, the Resolution text box is located on the Resolution Tab instead of the Concern Tab, along with two additional text boxes; Findings and Root Cause.  The data names for the text boxes on the Resolution Tab can be relabeled in Configuration | Data Names.  This Concern View configuration is not related to the Corrective Action in Actions but it does use similar terminology.

Chart by Product Description in Reports | Concern Charts.

Delete Defect button added to Product Defect Classifications.

Web Concerns submitted from a Web Portal may now include the Site Description field.
